When we develop your site we go through a 5-Step Process to determine what your site needs are in order to communicate your intended message.

Step 1 - Initial Consultation
First we sit down with you to determine the objectives for your new site. This is an important step for both of us. It's always good to have a basic idea of the appearance, and what you want your site to accomplish before we meet. If your not sure what exactly you want, look at what other companies are doing, how they are promoting their message. Often times you will successfully find design concepts from which your own ideas will develop. If you're not sure and need suggestions we are more than happy to help you.

Step 2 - Getting the information
After determining the objectives for your site, we ask that you supply detailed information that you would like to incorporate in your site which you already have available. This can include:

• Current marketing and promotional materials
• Special graphics and/or logos
• Promotional text you want in your web site. This can include personalized greetings, business descriptions, menus, range of products etc
• Photographs*
• Color schemes

This gives MAYWORKS a foundation for the design process. If you don't have some or any of these promotional materials, don't worry, with your input we can create them for you. We also will register your domain name to assure that the domain is available and get ownership of the domain before someone else does.

Step 3 - Design Time
Using the materials you presented us with or materials we develop for you we begin working on the design and development of your site. During this time we will meet with you to gain additional input so you can help us shape your web site into your own vision and creation. ** You can also add or delete content, images, or anything else at this time.

Step 4 - Finale
Before we publish your website we will meet with you for a final review. At this point, your site will be done. However, we can still make some changes or additions at no charge, we will do so prior to publishing your web site.

Step 5 - Launching Your Web Site
This is by far the most exciting step of the overall process. This is where your vision becomes a reality. MAYWORKS will publish your web site for you. We will also register your site with the major search engines on the internet to maximize your exposure. Make sure you tell all of your customers, contacts, family and friends about your new website.
