Authorization
The client hereby authorizes MAYWORKS to access his/her account, and authorizes the web hosting provider to provide MAYWORKS with "read, write, execute permissions" for the client’s web page directory, cgi-bin directory, and any other directories or programs which need to be accessed for this project.
Inclusions
- Includes updating links and making changes or replacing text and graphics.
- Trouble-shoot any and all functions with web hosting provider.
- Photos and other misc. graphic images are supplied by the client or we will supply the images for a fee.
- E-mail/phone consultation of all website related matters including learning to setting up email accounts and more.
Unauthorized Modifications
If the client or an agent other than MAYWORKS attempts to update the client web pages during our maintenance term, time to repair web pages will be assessed at the hourly rate of $40.00, and is not included as part of the site maintenance plan.
Changes
Changes requested by the client beyond those limits will be billed at the hourly rate of $40.00
Texts
All text that is to be place onto the client's web pages must be submitted to MAYWORKS in an electronic format (Example: Notepad, Microsoft Word or E-mail).
Images and Graphics
All images and graphics that are to be placed on the client's web pages must be submitted to MAYWORKS on an electronic fromat. All images and graphics that will be used on the clients web pages must be in either a *.jpg, *.png or *.gif format. If images need to be scanned, an additional charge will be issued. We will provide you with the cost.
Sounds and Music
All sound and music to be used on the client's website must be submitted to MAYWORKS in the appropriate format to be used on the client’s web pages. If you required us to convert and encoded your sound and music into a usuable web format, there will be an additional charged issued. We will provide you with the cost.
Scripts
MAYWORKS will maintain any custom coding or custom scripts that are already on the client’s web pages or website. This would include all scripting languages. MAYWORKS assumes that these scripts and codes are already setup, installed and running properly on the client’s webpages or website at the time of signing this contract.
Late Payments/Maintenance Terms
If payment is not rendered to MAYWORKS by the due date, a late fee
of $10.00 will be added to the past due amount.
If payment is not received within 3 days, clients who have their
web hosting account with MAYWORKS will have their hosting terminated
until the payment is received and cleared. All site maintenance
agreements require a 1 year obligation and auto renew January of each year. Before that time, you must
contact us if you no longer are interested in the site maintenance
plan. This notification must be received within 5 days of the agreement
expiration or it will automatically renew for an additional year.
